Andrew Joined his father, Bill Syrios' company in 2005 while attending the University of Oregon. In 2011, he relocated to Kansas City to open a new real estate investment and property management company there. During this time, Andrew saw that some hard-working families had a hard time keeping up with their bills when an unexpected expense hit them by surprise. The Covid-19 pandemic and lockdowns really drove home the need for rental assistance. Andrew, together with his dad Bill and his brother Phillip, decided to start the Stewardship Foundation to meet this need and help people get through the unexpected financial bumps in life.
Bill started Stewardship Properties in 1989 in Eugene, Oregon when he bought his first house just a few blocks away from the University of Oregon. Since then , he has focused primarily on buying, rehabbing, and managing campus rental properties. He says it's been a great joy in his life to see the company grow from a "one-house" operation to something larger. Over the years he has developed an amazing team of partners, staff and investors that make Stewardship the strong company that it is today. Bill loves giving back to the communities that he serves and is so happy to be working with his two sons to provide grants to people in need through the Stewardship Foundation.
Phillip started his real estate career with his dad, Bill in Eugene Oregon. In September of 2011 he made the trek from Eugene to Kansas City to join his brother Andrew. While Andrew has focused primarily on acquisition and financing, Phillip has acted as the business executive and overseen property management there. Seeing the need for rental assistance first hand, he, along with his dad and brother, started the Stewardship Foundation to give hard working people a chance to get back on their feet financially.
